Installing Minimalist PSPSDK for Windows is pretty straight forward, just download the latest installer from https://sourceforge.net/projects/minpspw/ and run it. You will be asked what components to install (a choice from the main PSP DevKit, SDK Samples, PSP Link (a debugging program), and HTML doumentation) and where to install to. After installing the toolchain you may proceed to the next section.
