Title: Phase II Trial of Combined High Dose Rate Brachytherapy and External Beam Radiotherapy for Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate
Objective: To estimate the rate of late Grade 3 or greater genitourinary and gastrointestinal toxicity following treatment with external beam radiation therapy and high dose rate brachytherapy
Protocol: 45 Gy EBRT (no IMRT) + 19 Gy (2 fractions) HDR boost
Eligibility:
(cT1c-T2c and GS 2-6 and PSA 10-20) or
(cT3a-T3b and GS 2-6 and PSA <=20) or
(T1c-T3b and GS 7-10 and PSA <=20)
