Has been banned from exiting the State at the request of a judicial authority. 2. Has been banned from exiting the State at the request of a tax authority. National Immigration Agency shall ban an alien who is under investigation for other cases in accordance with laws from exiting the State after the concerned authorities have requested the imposition of such a ban.
