Arimaa/Elephant and Minor Piece Attacks

This chapter addresses attacks with an Elephant and Dog(s), Cat(s) and/or Rabbit(s). These types of attacks are rarely seen in the opening because the defensive setup on both sides is normally too sturdy to allow a successful attack by such weak invaders.
