Evaluation team had a clear understanding of our core and non-core capabilities. Great care was taken to ensure the outsourcing decision was consistent with the business unit's competitive and operations strategy. Consideration was given to capabilities that may be important in the future. The extent to which the outsourcing decision would impact future strategic options or alternatives was fully evaluated.
