Access to NPMRDS Data The data set is made available to States and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) as a tool for performance measurement. Access can be obtained by emailing e-mail Heretraffic.nhsdata@here.com. The data typically come out each month in the form of seven compressed .tar files.
