Preparing to retake on e5 is the most reasonable plan.
6. d4 is the main move: after the trades White will be up a pawn though should probably give it back on account of tactical fireworks.
6. f4 is also possible.
6. Qa4+?, attempting to unpin the knight, does not. 6...Bd7 and White's queen is hanging and their knight is still pinned, this time to the king.
