Paper Mario/Party Members/Watt
Reference material by Wikibooks contributors. This retains its source identity and is not 411 news reporting.
Watt is a useful young Sparky. Her attacks are able to negate any defense points which an enemy may have. She can also lower the enemy's defense(?) and increase Mario's attack power.
