ETD Guide/Students/How to submit your ETD?

Universities requiring or accepting ETDs should provide students with basic levels of support such as
hardware (e.g., computer workstations), software (including programs for creating the works such as
word processors, as well as other software such as sound and image programs), and opportunities for
training in how best to use the hardware and software and how to submit their ETDs.
