Promulgated amendment on 2017-04-19 zh:陸海空軍刑法 (民國106年)#第五章 其他軍事犯罪 Article 75Chinese text got minor change from "犯人" to "犯罪行為人" both meaning "offender". Thus the governmental translation in 2001 remains unchanged.
