Retrospective. Looked at 86 pts who received > 26 Gy to 50% of one kidney. Minimum 1 yr f/u. Creatinine clearance based on the Cockcroft formula.
Mean % decrease in GFR was 10% if only 50% of a kidney irradiated and 24% if 90-100% of one kidney was irradiated.
