If you have the Professional Edition of Question Writer 4 you can change the images used in feedback as well as the font color. This is part of Quiz Properties - Appearance Settings. Here is a link to an alternative set of icons for you to use [] - though you can use other images if you prefer. If you have the Standard Edition it is not possible for you to change the text colour for the feedback from within the Question Writer interface.
