Bonus Challenges
First, try doing a forward slide to the right for 4 counts, and then a forward slide to the left for 4 counts, into a halt. Because we're initiating our movement to the right and halting while traveling left, the startup and halt will be tricky—but the direction change will be super easy!
One and Two and Three and PUSH and RIGHT CROSS TWO CROSS THREE CROSS CHANGE AND LEFT CROSS TWO CROSS THREE CROSS ROLLDOWN HALT
You didn't even need to move for this direction change. Both of your feet were already in place, all you had to do was rotate your left toe towards the new direction of travel.
Now we'll try the opposite: a forward slide to the left for 4 counts, immediately into a forward slide to the right for 4 counts, and halt. The startup and halt will be much easier, but that direction change will be difficult.
One and Two and Three and PUSH and LEFT CROSS TWO CROSS THREE CROSS CHANGE AND RIGHT CROSS TWO CROSS THREE CROSS STAB AND TOGETHER
This is tough! You really need to swing your left leg all the way around you.
