An interesting gambit. White gives up their f-pawn, offering a transposition to the Cozio Defence of the King's Gambit if Black accepts the gambit with 3...exf4. However, Black can choose to take the e-pawn with 3...Nxe4 instead, and White cannot play 4. fxe5?? as 4...Qh4+! starts a powerful attack.
