NAND Function
A NAND function is a Boolean function which is simply a combination of the AND function and the NOT function.
NOT AND is abbreviated to NAND.
A NAND can be written in the form of
NOT A.B or A.B with a line over the top.
With the line above meaning not IMPORTANT: The line is NOT dotted !!!
