Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis)
Roman Chamomile oil comes from the flowers of Anthemis nobilis (also known as Chamaemelum nobile). It has a sweet apple-like scent and an anti-inflammatory effect.
Properties

May relieve premenstrual syndrome.
Respiratory
Helps asthma and hay fever.
Skin
Soothes sensitive or dry skin. May relieve eczema, rashes, dermatitis, acne and minor wounds.
Caution
Don't use Roman chamomile oil during pregnancy.
