Interorganizational altruism (alpha = 0.702)
Description
A scale for measuring interorganizational citizenship behaviors (ICBs) is developed. Four common ICBs are operationalized: interorganizational altruism, interorganizational tolerance, interorganizational loyalty, and interorganizational compliance.
Items
We go out of our way to help our supplier with business related issues if we sense that they are in need.
We provide assistance to our supplier if they ever have a problem in an area where we have expertise.
We sometimes volunteer our resources in order to lighten our supplier’s workload.
