Group efficacy Description Group efficacy was measured with four items taken from Salanova, Llorens, Cifre, Martínez & Schaufeli (2003). Items I feel confident about the capability of my group to perform the tasks very well. My group is able to solve difficult tasks if we invest the necessary effort. I feel confident that my group will be able to manage effectively unexpected troubles. My group is totally competent to solve the task. Source Zhang et al.
