The Missionary Order of the Celtic Cross, or MOCC, is a druidic order that largely operates in the Northeast of Oklahoma, USA. One of it's leaders, Thomas Harris, argues that it is a micronation by technicality, rather than vested purpose. It is largely integrated with the Kingdom of Dubast, of which was founded for the atheistic members of the otherwise theistic order. It has close ties with Aynvaul and other micronations with any strong Celtic identities, and even membership in the Antarctic Micronation Union, or AMU.
