Willingness to transact (alpha = 0.83) Description Two surveys were conducted (online retailing company Amazon and online banking division [OBD]), to ensure adequate levels of reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and nomological validity for a trust scale. Familiarity and willingness to transact were used to test nomological validity of the trust model. Items I intend on using Amazon [OBD] for some of my future purchases [banking transactions]. I am inclined to purchase Amazon's [OBD's] goods and services. 1 am likely to utilize the services provided by Amazon [OBD].
