This cocktail is for people who like the bitter taste of wormwood.
Ingredients
1 part Gin
1 part Dry Vermouth
1 part Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Absinthe
Mix in a cocktail shaker over ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
Variations
Pimm's No.1 may be used in place of the Gin for a different flavor.
Bitters or Pernod Ricard Pastis may be used in the place of the absinthe if a good absinthe is unavailable.
