Save your Quiz When you are happy with the content, set up and appearance of your quiz, or for security while you are still working on it, you can save it. As with all Windows software to save your file simply select File and Save from the menu bar or click on the Save Quiz button on the tool bar. All quizzes are saved with a .qwz extension.
