Parkour/Basic Moves/Reverse Vault

Steps Run towards the object. If you are going to the right of your hands, take off with your RIGHT foot, this makes you pass the object in reverse. It's also fine to take off with both feet, as long as you are basically backwards over the object. It is usually done with an overhand/underhand grip, or with one hand, but the grip is NOT the important part of the vault, it's the takeoff. Note Do not begin as you would a Speed Vault, as the Reverse Vault is a separate movement.
