Inserting SVG
To insert SVG to PowerPoint:
Convert the SVG file to EMF.
Option: Open the SVG file in OpenOffice/LibreOffice Draw and save it as EMF via File > Export... menu.
Option: Open the SVG file in Inkscape and save it as EMF; this has been reported to lead to loss of quality or parts of the image.
Insert the resulting EMF file to PowerPoint by dragging the EMF file onto a slide.
