A Staten Island Ferry is a variation on the Piña Colada that does not require coconut cream, and thus is more easily mixed in bars that lack the specialty ingredients and blenders that a Piña Colada would require.

Mix equal parts Malibu rum and pineapple juice over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
