Greek Mythology/Titans/Epimetheus

Epimetheus, whose name means "afterthought," was the brother of Prometheus. During the war of the Titans, Epimetheus, looking to the past, continued his battle with the Titans, while his brother, Prometheus, foreseeing the victory of Zeus, fought on the Olympians side.
His name is the inverse of that of Prometheus, sharing the element "metheus" (Greek: μανθάνω [mănthắnō]) which means "to think," but with opposite prefixes: the "pro" in "Prometheus" means "before," while "epi" means "after."
