Syntax subString$ RIGHT$(string$,numChars) subContainer$$ RIGHT$$(container$$,numChars) Revised May 30, 2000 (Release 3) Description This function returns a string or container consisting of the rightmost numChars characters of string$ or container$$. If numChars is greater than the length of string$ or container$$, the entire string$ or container$$ is returned. If numChars is less than 1, an empty (zero-length) string is returned. Note: You may not use complex expressions that include containers on the right side of the equal sign.
