Required Workup Required: Diagnostic bilat mammo Path review (including ER, PR) US and Biopsy if there are suspicious LNs LFT/AlkPhos if positive -> CTAP/bone scan Genetic counseling if high risk High risk indicators for genetic counseling Known mutation in FH ≥2 breast primaries in family member ≥2 FH same side with 1 ≤50yo ovarian CA, Male breast CA ≤2nd degree relative BCA ≤45yo FH of 3 or more: CA's: Breast, Pancreatic, Prostate, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Adrenocortical carcinoma, brain, leukemia, diffuse gastric, colon, endometrial, thyroid RCC Dermatologic manifestations, Macrocephaly, hamartomatous polyps
