The Cold War/Page creation guidelines

When creating a new page:
First check : to make sure that the page hasn't already been created; if it has, please expand on that page instead.
If it hasn't already been created, create the page, in a professional style.
Then, add {{ {{BOOKTEMPLATE}} }} to the bottom of the page.
If the page doesn't consist of much information (ie. it is a stub), add {{{{BOOKTEMPLATE}}/stub}} to the bottom of the page.
If the page is a major page in the book, add it to .
