Design goals for Zoph 0.10:
Zoph 0.10 should be completely template-based
has an up-to-date PHP5 syntax
better robustness through a better established API
can be installed and updated through the webinterface
will be more suitable for non-technical users than what's currently the state
As with each Zoph release, the goal is to have 0 open bugs
Zoph 0.10 will be developed in a few phases, each concluded by a working "feature preview release":

Further refactoring / updating Zoph to new coding standards
Refactoring main classes: zophTable / zophTreeTable / photo / person / album / category / location
Webbased configuration (instead of editing config.inc.php)

Further refactoring / updating Zoph to new coding standards
Moving to a new database class, using prepared statements
Installation through webinterface
