Torpedo Ted is a shark-faced torpedo launched towards Mario or Luigi from a torpedo launcher. They are a variant of Bullet Bill, and can only be found in Soda Lake. Torpedo Ted cannot be defeated by any means, so Mario or Luigi have to avoid them. When the blasters that launch Torpedo Teds appear on-screen, they wait several seconds before launching them.
