Nets, Webs and the Information Infrastructure/Acknowledgment

Acknowledgements Many thanks to my peer reviewers, Michael Minges, Head of the Telecommunications Data and Statistics Unit in the Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union John Ure, Director of the Telecommunications Research Project, Centre of Asian Studies, University of Hong Kong. Your valuable input has improved this primer many fold. To my fellow authors and officemates, the convergence of broadband and open source minds. Kay Ka Owel, patuloy ang ating mga pangarap. To my family, my local area network, without whom I would be a miserable standalone. To Maya, my home and my system administrator. And to the Creator of all, networked or otherwise, I upload everything to You. Edwin
