White takes the queen. Black can recover the material, but only by giving back the bishop.
8...Bb4+ discovers an attack on White's queen. A move like 9. c3? blocks the check but doesn't deal with ...Rxd8. Fortunately for White they can play Qd2, allowing Black to recover the queen but only if they return the bishop.
