International tennis competition 2001 Davis Cup Asia/Oceania ZoneOctober 2025 The Asia/Oceania Zone was one of the three zones of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2001. In the Asia/Oceania Zone, teams competed against each other to advance to the highest ranking, which was separated into four tiers, or groups. While the bottom two teams were relegated to the Asia/Oceania Zone Group IV in 2002, the top two teams in Group III progressed on to the Asia/Oceania Zone Group II.
