The tower is two blocks south of One World Trade Center on the site of the former Western Electric building, and directly across from the site of the demolished Deutsche Bank Building. The building was designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, with interiors designed by British duo March & White. The tower stands at a height of 912 ft m, making it the 29th tallest building in the city. History The original building at this address was a 10-story telephone factory built in 1888–1889 for Western Electric and sold in the 1980s to the American Stock Exchange.
