2016 French Open SRB Novak Djokovic GBR Andy Murray 3–6, 6–1, 6–2, 6–4 128 (16 Q Qualifiers / 7 WC Wild Cards) 32 2016 French Open Novak Djokovic defeated Andy Murray in the final, 3–6, 6–1, 6–2, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2016 French Open. It was his first French Open title and twelfth major title overall, completing the career Grand Slam and achieving a non-calendar year Grand Slam.
