In fact, Lega Calcio decided to sell about 20,000 tickets for each club, and the remain tickets at the neutral public (even if they had been bought for the most part from Lazio fans because the final was in Rome). Lazio fans took place in "Curva Nord", while the Sampdoria ones at the opposite side. Between Lazio fans and Sampdoria fans a sector, the "Distinti Sud Est", has been left empty to leave a large space between the "Curva Sud" and the "Tribuna Tevere", due to avoid fights between fans. That space was occupied in part by children of the youth Lazio teams. At the end of the match, it has been counted about 50,000 Lazio fans and 18,000 Sampdoria fans. Kits Having been designated as the official "home" team, Lazio could wear their usual kit, that is the light-blue one. Nevertheless, Sampdoria could wear their home kit too, but with blue shorts instead of white ones.http://www.sslazio.it/cms/view/home/news/archivio/elenco_news/la_lazio_giochera_la_finale_con_la_maglia_celeste/s152/c2524 La Lazio giocherà la finale con la maglia celeste 29 April 2009 SSLazio.it 28 May 2009 https://web.archive.org/web/20090502162309/http://www.sslazio.it/cms/view/home/news/archivio/elenco_news/la_lazio_giochera_la_finale_con_la_maglia_celeste/s152/c2524 2 May 2009 live it Match Match details 13 May 2009 20:45 CEST Lazio 1–1 yes Reporthttp://www.lega-calcio.it/it/Tim-Cup/Match-report.page?idmatch=35221447-9BDB-1803-5DCB-7BF7769C2AE9 Match report 13 May 2009 Lega Calcio 28 May 2009 Kora https://web.archive.org/web/20090721171010/http://www.lega-calcio.it/it/Tim-Cup/Match-report.page?idmatch=35221447-9BDB-1803-5DCB-7BF7769C2AE9 21 July 2009 dead it Sampdoria Zárate 4 Pazzini 31 Stadio Olimpico, Rome 68,000 Roberto Rosetti Ledesma Rocchi Rozehnal Kolarov Zárate Lichtsteiner Dabo 6–5 Cassano Palombo Pazzini Gastaldello Accardi Delvecchio Campagnaro _Lazio08 _lazio home _Lazio08 _blanksides2 _band_white FFFFFF FFFFFF FFFFFF 94bbd2 94bbd2 Lazio _samp _samp 0000C0 0000C0 0000C0 0000C0 0000C0 Sampdoria GK 86URU Fernando MusleraRB 2 SUI Stephan LichtsteinerCB 13ITA Sebastiano Siviglia 54CB 22CZE David RozehnalLB 3 SRB Aleksandar KolarovRM 5 ITA Cristian Brocchi 105CM 24ITA Cristian Ledesma (c)CM 6 FRA Ousmane DaboLM 17ITA Pasquale Foggia 8 80CF 19MKD Goran Pandev 73CF 10ARG Mauro ZárateSubstitutes:GK 1 ARG Juan Pablo CarrizoDF 32ROU Ştefan RaduDF 29ITA Lorenzo De Silvestri 105DF 87FRA Modibo DiakitéMF 11ITA Stefano MauriFW 81ITA Simone Del Nero 80FW 18ITA Tommaso Rocchi 73Manager:ITA Delio Rossi300px GK 1 ITA Luca CastellazziCB 16ARG Hugo CampagnaroCB 6 ITA Stefano Lucchini 26 98CB 5 ITA Pietro Accardi 61DM 21ITA Paolo Sammarco 91DM 19ITA Daniele Franceschini 87RM 23LTU Marius StankevičiusLM 46ITA Mirko PieriAM 17ITA Angelo Palombo (c) 110CF 10ITA Giampaolo PazziniCF 99ITA Antonio CassanoSubstitutes:GK 83ITA Antonio MiranteDF 28ITA Daniele Gastaldello 112 98DF 84ITA Andrea RaggiMF 88ITA Daniele Dessena 91MF 20SUI Marco PadalinoMF 40ITA Gennaro Delvecchio 100 87FW 89ITA Guido MarilungoManager:ITA Walter Mazzarri Post-match right|thumb|200px|Rocchi receives the trophy form Giorgio Napolitano.
