They were led by eighth-year head coach Kerwin Bell and played their home games at D. B. Milne Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 9–2, 7–1 in PFL play. The 7–1 record would have been good enough to claim a share of the PFL title. However, Jacksonville withdrew from contention for the PFL title and the FCS Playoffs as a result of its internal review of compliance matters regarding the PFL’s financial aid rules.Jacksonville Withdraws from 2014 PFL Championship http://www.judolphins.com/information/Football_11-14-2014 Jacksonville University Department of Athletics November 14, 2014 December 3, 2014 https://web.archive.org/web/20141219010649/http://www.judolphins.com/information/Football_11-14-2014 December 19, 2014 dead Schedule 2014 The Sports Network FCS Poll released prior to game Eastern August 30 6:30 pm l y y Southeastern Louisiana 3 Strawberry Stadium Hammond, LA 3–44 3,822 September 13 1:00 pm w San Diego D.
