Antrim had ended Dublin's eight-year win streak and so were favourites to take the All-Ireland title. They led 4-3 to 4-2 near the end when Antrim's goalkeeper, Teresa Kearns, made a save. The Glenswomen then rushed down the field to score a fifth goal and secure victory.http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.289122196491.143043.217157391491&page=1 Camogie press cuttings Facebook September 2021 References Category:All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship finals Category:GAA finals at Croke Park Camogie All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final, 1956 Category:Antrim county camogie team matches Category:Cork county camogie team matches
