Summary In summer the club owner Corrado Ferlaino announced Ellenio Gallo as its new president, promoted Ottavio Bianchi as club manager and appointed Marcello Lippi as its new Head coach. SSC Napoli once again struggled to reach the levels it had achieved previously, but still finished sixth in Serie A, which ended up with coach Marcello Lippi joining Juventus and manager Ottavio Bianchi appointed as new coach by Inter Milan. Financial woes caused Napoli to sell its two prominent foreign players, Jonas Thern and Daniel Fonseca to Roma following the season's end.October 2015Skipper Ciro Ferrara also left, in his case for Juventus.October 2015 Squad y y GK ITA Giuseppe Taglialatela y GK ITA Raffaele Di Fusco y GK ITA Angelo Pagotto y DF ITA Ciro Ferrara y DF ITA Giovanni Francini y DF ITA Fabio Cannavaro y DF ITA Giancarlo Corradini y DF ITA Massimo Tarantino y DF ITA Carlo Cornacchia y DF ITA Sebastiano Nela y DF ITA Ciro Caruso y DF ITA Alessandro Sbrizzo y DF ITA Giovanni Bia y DF ITA Enzo Gambaro y y MF SWE Jonas Thern y MF ITA Fausto Pari y MF ITA Roberto Policano y MF ITA Fabio Pecchia y MF ITA Renato Buso y MF ITA Eugenio Corini y MF ITA Mario Caruso y MF ITA Roberto Bordin y MF ITA Luca Altomare y MF ITA Carmelo Imbriani y FW ITA Paolo Di Canio y FW URU Daniel Fonseca y FW ITA Giorgio Bresciani Transfers In Pos.
