1999 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships – Men's 4 × 200 metre freestyle relay

The men's 4 × 200 metre freestyle relay competition at the 1999 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 25 at the Sydney International Aquatic Centre.
