This case is linked to the arbitrary decision taken by the FAF to impose a sanction against the RCK without having full evidence in the case.https://www.djazairess.com/fr/infosoir/88573 Affaire RCK-FAF / Le TAS conforte de nouveau le RC Kouba djazairess.com 30 September 2008 4 September 2021 4 September 2021 https://web.archive.org/web/20210904193924/https://www.djazairess.com/fr/infosoir/88573 live https://www.dzfoot.com/football-en-algerie/le-tas-donne-definitivement-raison-a-koubalusmh-el-harrach-en-d2-11353.html Le TAS donne definitivement raison à Kouba (L'USMH El Harrach en D2 ?) dzfoot.com 29 September 2008 4 September 2021 4 September 2021 https://web.archive.org/web/20210904193925/https://www.dzfoot.com/football-en-algerie/le-tas-donne-definitivement-raison-a-koubalusmh-el-harrach-en-d2-11353.html live The sanction carries a match lost automatically against USM El Harrach and three points penalty for having played a player under a false identity during the RC Kouba & USM El Harrach match counting for the 37th and penultimate day of the Algerian Division 2 season 2007–08 (ended 0-0). This resulted in RC Kouba resetting the 5th position and the rise of USM El Harrach to 3rd position in the general classification, synonymous with accession to the Algerian first division. Thus and although the club has lodged appeals with the Algerian sports authorities, this decision will not be annulled, which leads the club to seize the international CAS, while the first division matches have already started. Finally, the CAS decided to cancel the sanction taken by the FAF and ordered the integration of the club into the first division for the 2008–09 season, then approved the club's accession on September 29, 20086. The change was ratified by the FAF on October 26, 20087, and the 2008–09 Algerian Championnat National was played with 17 clubs.https://www.elwatan.com/archives/sports-archives/affaire-faf-rck-la-federation-sifflee-hors-jeu-18-10-2008 Affaire FAF-RCK : La fédération sifflée hors jeu elwatan.com 18 October 2008 4 September 2021 4 September 2021 https://web.archive.org/web/20210904193925/https://www.elwatan.com/archives/sports-archives/affaire-faf-rck-la-federation-sifflee-hors-jeu-18-10-2008 live https://fr.allafrica.com/stories/200810240687.html Algérie: Affaire RCK-FAF - Le bras de fer se poursuit... fr.allafrica.com 24 October 2008 4 September 2021 28 October 2008 https://web.archive.org/web/20081028114927/http://fr.allafrica.com/stories/200810240687.html live League table main WDL 5 QR ESS ES Sétif JSK JS Kabylie JSB JSM Béjaïa CRB CR Belouizdad MCA MC Alger UAL USM Alger CBA CA Bordj Bou Arréridj MCE MC El Eulma ASO ASO Chlef UAN USM Annaba UEH USM El Harrach ASK AS Khroub NAHD NA Hussein Dey MSPB MSP Batna UBL USM Blida MCS MC Saïda RCK RC Kouba 18 8 6 52 25 C,Q 15 14 3 38 19 Q 15 8 9 33 20 15 5 12 33 27 Q 13 10 9 40 38 13 9 10 38 31 14 7 11 34 33 -1 13 7 12 37 35 11 11 10 40 43 11 8 13 31 34 10 10 12 36 40 9 12 11 30 37 10 9 13 28 35 10 8 14 26 35 8 9 15 23 31 7 8 17 25 40 R 6 5 21 23 44 R CA Bordj Bou Arréridj were docked one point #ACE1AF 2010 CAF Champions League CCL CCL #ACE5EE 2010 CAF Confederation Cup CCC #FFCCCC Relegation to 2009-10 Algerian Championnat National 2 R R 1) points; 2) goal difference; 3) number of goals scored. complete DZFoot 1er Division 2008-2009 Season statistics Top scorers RankScorerClubGoalshttp://www.dzfoot.com/news-3538php D1 : Classement des buteurs (saison 2008-2009) DZFoot fr July 1, 2009 September 25, 2012 dead https://web.archive.org/web/20121213145801/http://www.dzfoot.com/news-3538php December 13, 2012 1ALG Mohamed MessaoudASO Chlef192ALG Lamouri DjediatES Sétif123ALG Nabil HemaniES Sétif11CMR Gérard MongoloMC El Eulma115ALG Adlène BensaïdJS Kabylie9ALG Youcef SaïbiUSM El Harrach97ALG Hamza BoulemdaïsJSM Béjaïa8ALG Ramzi BourakbaUSM El Harrach8ALG Cheikh HamidiUSM Annaba/USM Alger8ALG Farès HamitiUSM Blida8MLI Rafan SidibéMSP Batna8ALG Abdelmalek ZiayaES Sétif8 References 2008–09 Championnat National 1 Algeria
