The 1988 Wyoming Senate election was held on November 8, 1988, to determine which party would control the Wyoming Senate for the following two years in the 50th Wyoming State Legislature. Fifteen of the 30 seats in the Wyoming Senate were up for election. Prior to the election, 19 seats were held by Republicans and 11 seats were held by Democrats.
