Despite being strengthened by the arrivals of Anton Florin from Balzan and William Barbosa from Valletta, Luxol were denied on several occasions, while Hibernians found it difficult to break the deadlock. A late goal eventually gave the Paolites the win and confirmed their place in the next stage of the competition.Futsal Knock-Out: Narrow win puts Hibernians through https://www.maltafootball.com/2013/10/08/futsal-knock-out-narrow-win-puts-hibernians-through/ MaltaFootball.com 8 October 2013 25 September 2025 Hibernians 1–0 Luxol Msida St. Joseph 2–2 (7–6 pens) GZR Birżebbuġa Pembroke Athleta 5–4 Ħamrun Spartans Zabbar St. Patrick 6–5 Kalkara Zurrieq 9–4 Marsaskala Fgura United 3–2 Santa Lucia |} Second Round Żabbar St. Patrick 5–4Futsal: Mixed fortunes for Hibernians https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/24/futsal-mixed-fortunes-for-hibernians/ MaltaFootball.com 24 January 2014 25 September 2025 Hibernians Vittoriosa Stars 7–4Futsal: Mixed fortunes for Hibernians https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/24/futsal-mixed-fortunes-for-hibernians/ MaltaFootball.com 24 January 2014 25 September 2025 Melita Balzan 6–1Futsal: Luxol down Luqa to go top https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/17/futsal-luxol-down-luqa-to-go-top/ MaltaFootball.com 17 January 2014 25 September 2025 Qormi Gżira United 4–0Futsal: Luxol down Luqa to go top https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/17/futsal-luxol-down-luqa-to-go-top/ MaltaFootball.com 17 January 2014 25 September 2025 Msida St. Joseph Żurrieq 8–4Futsal: Luxol down Luqa to go top https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/17/futsal-luxol-down-luqa-to-go-top/ MaltaFootball.com 17 January 2014 25 September 2025 Żebbuġ Rangers Swieqi United 6–1Futsal: Luxol down Luqa to go top https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/01/17/futsal-luxol-down-luqa-to-go-top/ MaltaFootball.com 17 January 2014 25 September 2025 Naxxar Lions |} Quarter-Finals Source:Futsal Knock-Out: Balzan cruise to easy win https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/02/15/futsal-knock-out-balzan-cruise-to-easy-win/ MaltaFootball.com 15 February 2014 25 September 2025 Balzan 10–0 Swieqi Pembroke Athleta 2–1 San Ġwann Żabbar St. Patrick 4–4 (5–4 pens) Gżira United Vittoriosa Stars 5–1 Żurrieq |} Semi-Finals FXDD Knock-Out – Semi-Finals Vittoriosa Stars ?Futsal Knock-Out reaches semi-finals stage https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/03/13/futsal-knock-out-reaches-semi-finals-stage/ MaltaFootball.com 13 March 2014 25 September 2025 Żabbar St. Patrick Balzan ?Futsal Knock-Out reaches semi-finals stage https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/03/13/futsal-knock-out-reaches-semi-finals-stage/ MaltaFootball.com 13 March 2014 25 September 2025 Pembroke Athleta |} Final Balzan retained the 2013-14 FXDD Futsal Knock-Out Cup after defeating Vittoriosa Stars 9–2 in the final.Balzan beat Stars to retain the cup https://timesofmalta.com/article/Balzan-beat-Stars-to-retain-the-cup.518278 Times of Malta 1 May 2014 25 August 2025 Balzan 6–3 Vittoriosa |} Winner: BalzanBalzan retain FXDD Futsal Knock-Out https://www.maltafootball.com/2014/05/08/balzan-retain-fxdd-futsal-knock-out/ MaltaFootball.com 8 May 2014 16 September 2025 External sources FutsalPlanet – Competitions overview FutsalPlanet – Competitions and statistics References Category:Maltese Futsal Knockout Cup Category:2013 in Maltese sport Category:2014 in Maltese sport Category:2013–14 in European futsal
