unknownThe published figure for ballot papers in Friary & St Nicolas was "1846". However there is a disparity between this figure and those for the number of votes cast. If the published figures for the number of votes cast are accurate, then not less than 2212 ballot papers must have been issued, rather than the quoted figure of 1846. In this section the figure 2212 has been used to produce an approximate percentage vote per candidate. However it is not sufficiently accurate to list it as the turnout figure. Had the figure of 2212 been used to calculate percentage turnout it would equate to 34.6%, 12.0% down on the 2003 election.
