The Bison, led by fourth year head coach Aaron Roussell, played their home games at Sojka Pavilion and were members of the Patriot League. They finished the season 18–12, 10–8 in Patriot League play for a tie to finish in fourth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League women's tournament to Navy. Despite having 18 wins, they were not invited to a postseason tournament.
