At the time, Ray Anderson was leading the league scoring with 5 points, however, the team's offense dried up after that. The Engineers scored just 4 goals in their final three games and ended the season on a down note, getting thumped by Penn State 2–8.https://bwarchive.lib.lehigh.edu/?a=d&d=BW19400305-01.2.30&e=-------en-20--1--txt-txIN------- Hockey Club Ends Season with Loss Brown and White March 5, 1940 February 12, 2023 February 12, 2023 https://web.archive.org/web/20230212193452/https://bwarchive.lib.lehigh.edu/?a=d&d=BW19400305-01.2.30&e=-------en-20--1--txt-txIN------- dead
