BBC World is reporting that the House of Commons has been reopened following a "security alert" in which the House of Commons was "locked down" after someone threw powder in the central lobby. A Scotland Yard statement is expected soon (18.55 BST). Sky News in the United Kingdom report that powder had been located within the Central Lobby.
