Brian Doyle, 55, the deputy press secretary for the United States Department of Homeland Security, has been arrested for attempting to contact a 14-year-old girl and initiating a sexually explicit conversation. The "girl" was, in fact, an undercover detective mounting a sting operation. He was charged with 23 felony counts. He also wrote sexually explicit messages to the subject via AOL Instant Messenger and sent "her" explicit hardcore pornographic videos.
