Disney and Euro Disney SCA announced on Thursday that Euro Disney chief executive officer Andre Lacroix would step down and be replaced with Karl Holz immediately. Holz has had a long career with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. He has been president of the Disney Cruise Line and executive of operations at Walt Disney World.
